Yu Xuan has been exposed to a variety of sports through his education - athletics, football, basketball and weightlifting. Compelled by his passion for sports, Yu Xuan enjoys working with strength athletes from many disciplines, helping them regain function while optimizing overall performance.
As a physio coming from personal training background, he seeks to facilitate optimum healing while helping clients to reach their physical and sporting goals.
He has also led weight loss management programs to help manage the impacts of chronic disease and musculoskeletal problems arising and was invited to speak on weight loss issues on radio station CNA 938 FM.
His clinical interest lies in sports musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic and chronic disease management.
Yuxuan enjoys helping people of all ages suffering from injury,illness or disability through exercise, manual therapy and empowerment through education. Nothing makes him happier than seeing his clients leave with a smile on their face!
